Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Electro-Industries DSP-120-D2-NL DSP120D2NL parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Eltra products, including obsoleted and phased-out Elobau parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Elpro product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Eltra such as the EH90A500Z824P10XPA549 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 462151H102 manufactured by Elobau and we are pleased to be able to service most Elobau systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 905UGPR1 by Manufacturer Elpro as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Eltra Brand EH80P1024S824L in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Electrogrip such as chkhtiboi2 equipment made by Electrogrip have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Electrogrip products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Electrogrip" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available B28601 made by Electronic-Machine--Llc as well as the popular TAM2060VAC original spares produced by Elmo

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 064303041 by Electro-Craft and chkhtiboi2 spares by Electrogrip are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original EDA100A Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Elo-matic.
